How we turned this 30-minute speech into 28 pieces of content for the Future of Leadership

From just one speech, we were able to extract many forms of content, which will be used on different platforms to drive value to different market segments and audiences.

Overview

We recently worked with the Future of Leadership to film their conference series, delivering a suite of assets to drive visitation for the following year. Covering topics from engaging teams for excellent to resilience in the workplace to the power of positive thinking, this one-day seminar was attended by business leaders from many different industries.

From just one speech, we were able to extract many forms of content, which will be used on different platforms to drive value to different market segments and audiences.


Keynote Speech
Duration: 30 minutes
Distribution/usage: Website and Press Releases
Assets: 1 video

From this speech, we identified the “gold” and trimmed them into social media bytes.


Speech Cutdowns
Duration: 30 – 60 seconds
Distribution: Social Media
Assets: 10 videos

Then we took the audio of the whole speech and relabelled it for our podcast, for clients who prefer to listen while on the move.

From there, we transcribed the speech and sought direct quotes, to which we could turn into carousel style infographics to be used on Instagram and LinkedIn.

And then utilised those quotes in a summary blog post.

Along with the keynote speech, we used our in house expertise to create a 90 second highlight film, where we interviewed speakers of their thoughts on the space and gathered testimonials from guests.
