Conference & event filming is the multi-camera recording of your sessions — plenaries, keynotes and breakouts — captured to a broadcast standard and edited for an audience. CFA films events Australia-wide from a Brisbane base, syncs slides with the speaker, and delivers edited videos within 24 hours, from $2,100+GST.
You only get one chance to film a conference. We plan for that — a dedicated producer, the right gear, and crews who do this every week.
What’s included in conference filming?
A standard conference recording includes everything needed to capture a session cleanly:
- Professional camera operators — two cameras on tripods as standard, with multi-camera and multi-room coverage available.
- Clean audio — we take a direct feed from the AV desk and link our own gear so the speaker is crystal clear.
- Slide sync — your PowerPoint/screen capture integrated with the speaker, if required.
- Basic graphics — logo intros, lower thirds (speaker titles) and on-screen text.
- Setup and pack-down — included in the filming time; we arrive at least an hour early to get it right.
- 24-hour edited delivery — your speeches, branded and polished, the next day.
How does the filming day work?

We set up early
On site at least an hour before filming — finding the right position, checking lighting and taking an audio feed.

We capture every session
Our operators handle positioning and audio so you can focus on running the event. We can film concurrent sessions with additional crews.

We deliver in 24 hours
Footage is collected, branded and edited, then delivered via Dropbox in the format of your choice (MP4 or MOV).
How are you different from the AV technicians?
We work alongside your AV team and rely on their expertise — taking an audio feed and a copy of the on-screen presentation. But their focus is the room and the delegate experience. Ours is capturing your event for everything that comes after it: social media, marketing for future events, or selling the conference online as a new revenue stream.
Do you film conferences outside Brisbane?
