Conference filming locations across Australia
Conference Filming Australia films conferences in seven major Australian cities — Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and the Gold Coast. We are based in Brisbane and travel nationwide, with edited speaker videos delivered within 24 hours and packages from $2,100+GST. Each city page lists the venues we cover there.
We are one team, not a franchise network — so a national roadshow gets the same crew standard, the same process and one point of contact in every city.

Roadshows, state chapters and national conferences that move between cities are a large part of what we do. Rather than briefing a different supplier in each city, you get one producer across the whole series — the same camera positions, the same audio approach, the same grade and the same 24-hour delivery, so the footage cuts together as one set.
That consistency matters most on highlight films built from multiple legs of a series, and on speaker interviews recorded in different venues weeks apart.
Travel, crew and what it costs outside Brisbane
Brisbane and the Gold Coast carry no interstate travel component. For other capitals we either use operators based in that city or build travel into the quote up front, so there are no surprises after the event. The pricing page sets out what each package includes, and the cost guide explains what drives the number up or down.
